Description:
The nymph stage it is black w/ red or yellow stripe(s) down its back. This one is in the black stage, which indicates it is very young.
Habitat:
This specimen was observed in a County park in an open area. It had crawled up on a dead tree branch that was laying on the ground. It began crawling along the branch.
