Field Notes

Description:

A rare sight to see one of these during the day and alive! These guys are mammals in suits of armor. Kinda cute up close; it's a shame they get hit by cars so much.

Habitat:

Found foraging through leaf litter close to water in a state park.

Notes:

A pretty neat sight to see one of these alive!
