Field Notes

Description:

Elongated brown body with horizontal white stripes. White margin around foot. About 3" long

Habitat:

This specimen was found at a depth of 80 feet on a sandy shelf at Furry Creek, BC. Reported to be found in sandy areas in the vicinity of sea pens, their favourite food.

Thanks Gerardo! The water is of course much colder and is green rather than the beautiful blue of the Caribbean. If you ever come up to Vancouver let me know. We could do some diving!
