Striped Marsh frog (a skinny one at that), is my best guess. https://www.google.com.au/search?q=striped+marsh+frog&tbm=isch Some good info here: http://frogs.org.au/frogs/species/Limnodynastes/peroni/
Take Scott's advice over mine, Mark! : )
hmmmm maybe not a L. nasuta (the head isnt quite right) would go more for a Limnodynastes sp. myself. Wish you had a few more pics of it, good find though.
Frogs are so hard to ID, but Rocket Frog (Litoria nasuta) looks pretty close to me. http://frogs.org.au/frogs/species/Litoria/nasuta/ (I'm not confident enough to offer it up as an official 'suggestion' though!) If you add it to the Amphibians of the World Mission http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/8001581 one of the experts might see it and confirm the ID. : )
