Description:
Verbascum phlomoides is a BIENNIAL/PERENNIAL growing to 1.2 m (4ft).
It is in flower from Jun to September, and the seeds ripen from Aug to October. The flowers are hermaphrodite (have both male and female organs) and are pollinated by Insects, self. The plant is self-fertile.
Habitat:
Dry sandy or stony ground.
