This is not a Le conte's sparrow, it's actually not a sparrow at all. Body shape is completely wrong. The photo is unidentifiable so I cannot tell you what it is, but I would bet a mockingbird. Either way, this spotting should either be replaced with an identifiable photo of a bird or removed since right now it is not telling us much of anything.
