Notes:

I am assuming these gnaw marks are made by Eastern Cottontail Rabbits, because of the number of rabbits in the area. The bark on a large number of small trees and shrubs around Montrose Harbor have been completely gnawed off between the ground and about 2.5 to 3 feet above the ground.
