Giant group of Petty Spurge making a wall bellow the hedge to get sunlight.

Habitat:

native to most of Europe, northern Africa, and western Asia, invasive to Australia, New Zealand, North America, and other countries in temperate and sub-tropical regions.

Notes:

Makes Spiky-ball seed pots for attaching onto animals to spread.
