Field Notes

Description:

Snail about 3cm in length with a brown spiral shell. The snail had two eyes and two tentacles that protruded from its shell.

Habitat:

Found in Tecolote Canyon in dry ground, attached inside a shaded hole underground. The hole is shallow and lined with grass and weed roots. The snail stays in the shade of the hole.
