Most likely an Anna's, but the Allen's have been coming in. Both have been spotted near your area. So you need to see the color of the bird. Any copper color is most likely the Allen's cause the Rufous mostly migrate through.
I believe this is a Anna's Hummingbird - Calypte anna, but am not 100% with only this one image.
