This moth was hanging head down. Family Geometridae. It seems to be the same species as a previous spot in a different location. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/15852547/fullscreen

Habitat:

On a Cypress Tree near the river that runs between the Arcotete and San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
