•They are very territorial and defend aggressively their flowers.
•They eat nectar and small arthropods.
•Their nests are made with sticks, papers found on the ground and spider webs.

Habitat:

Subtropical or tropical dry forests, dry savanna, heavily degraded former forests, urban areas, parks, gardens
-I saw this hummingbird in Itaipava(RJ,Brazil)
