In photos 1 and 2 you have a Red Knot on the left, the rest are Dowitcher sp. Dowitchers are particularly tricky to identify in basic plumage, and I'm not sure how one can come to a positive conclusion without intensively studying the subject. I think you may have both species. In photo three you can see the differences in size and loral angle on the two birds.
