Field Notes

Description:

Mostly white gull with black and the top of the neck. Legs are black and bill is yellow, Last photo shows it being chased by a 1st year Herring gull who was trying to steal the fish it had. Pics 4 and 5 are a different individual in the same location.

Habitat:

In the bay on a whale-watching tour. Several gulls were flying around the boat.
