Field Notes

Description:

Small lizard from the group known in Australia as 'dragon' lizards.
Calotes versicolor is a possible ID.

Habitat:

Seen at the side of the road in a wooded area in mist conditions.

Notes:

Little was see here as the mist descended when we arrived and we were without a vehicle for over an hour.
Location detail worked out by Pam using Google maps.
