Field Notes

Description:

This tree was found almost fallen over and entwined with another tree, but at full height I am assuming that it would be around 10 feet tall. It had small fruit on it, sphere and completely green. They had a waxy surface. The leaves had grooves in them and the venation was pinnate.

Habitat:

This tree was found in the secondary-rainforest in Singapore on the outside of the rainforest. This was a full sunlight location, with lots of open space to one side of the tree.
