Description:

Lots of these can be seen clambering about the rocks when the tide is out.
Green patterned crab, sometimes also reddish or blueish, also known as Sally Lightfoot Crab

Yeah, I deleted the suggestion because on further reflection I thought it looked close but not quite right. It may be that there is some local variation in pattern/coloration, or maybe it's a related species. It looks awful familiar to me, as if I've seen it in another spotting or elsewhere.
Your suggestion of Mottled lightfoot crab Grapsus albolineatus, which I got an e-mail about although it does not show, appears close, but I cannot find much about crabs of Borneo, except as food!
