Field Notes

Description:

Jagged leaf with a variety of colors on it. There were lots of holes in it as well. My hypothesis is that a caterpillar ate bits of the leaf off. The stem split into several different directions.

Habitat:

Around a lot of decaying plants, not much sunlight, and no animals were visible at the moment.

Species ID Suggestions

Muscadine Grape

Muscadinia rotundifolia
