Description:

Jaguars are found throughout Belize in the lowland forests and along the coasts.
Length: 6 feet + 30" tail
Weight: 100 - 250 lbs.

This one was in the Belize Zoo, one of the nicest small zoos I have seen, housing only animals found in Belize, and with a strong emphasis on educating the Belizan people about their wildlife. They also have a very active conservation program.
