Description:

First time I have seen a spotted gecko in my house. Looks like it is just growing a new tail.
Dakota's Leaf-toed Gecko, Blotched house gecko, Termite Hill Gecko are some of the other common names for this Gecko.

Bathroom of my house

Gekkonidae, Gekkoninae, Hemidactylus sp. and Hemidactylus triedus/subtriedrus, possibly a female, since the male is much stronger marked/punctated. There are still or ongoing rumours about taxonomy concerning Hemidactylus subtriedrus and Hemidactylus triedrus are different or synonym names. Personally I would go with Hemidactylus triedrus and Hemidactylus subtriedrus being a junior synonym.
