Description:
Tan, stocky-bodied snake with black bands down the body with an orange dorsal stripe that runs the length of the body. This is two different individuals, photos 1 and 2 are the same snake, and 3 and 4 are the same snake. Can you find the snake in the last photo?
Habitat:
Found while walking around a very humid, forested property near the Mississippi River. This is a friends property who loves snakes, and he takes friends out there constantly to look for snakes. The highlight tends to be these timber rattlesnakes as he has tons of them around, and loves everyone he sees!
