Field Notes

Description:

Broad and fan-shaped caps, growing in clusters; blue-grey above, shiny just after the rain. Gills white, converging to a stipe, laterally attached to the wood.

Habitat:

Found on a decaying fallen log in a protected, mainly oak, forest on the French-Swiss border.

Notes:

If my iD is correct, edible and very appreciated
