Shape-wise it resembles some Ganoderma spp. They sometimes grow 2 heads (lol) It's always good with fungi to snap the fertile surface too... might be gills or pores or spines etc. Check Scott's from W.Papua http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/10194328
