Field Notes

Description:

This insect was about an 1 1/2 in length with brown, tan, and off white markings.

Habitat:

Leaf footed bugs can live in gardens where they can find an abundance of food. They can eat fruits and or leaves.

Notes:

I would really like some help with identifying this insect. I did a lot of research but to no avail. I believe it is one of the following: leaf-footed bug, stinkbug, or squash bug.

Thank you Brian.
