Field Notes

Habitat:

Established non-native in South Florida; canal banks, nurseries, road sides, and office complexes.
Native of northern South America found in barren land, disturbed fields, agricultural areas, and low density suburbs.

Notes:

I had never seen these lizards before. Saw two at this plant nursery near my home. I was accompanying my parents as they were plant shopping and didn’t have my camera so I took these with my phone.
