•They are mostly herbivorous, but occasionally eat insects, small invertebrates and eggs.
•They don't hibernate in winter.
•They are active by day and also at night.

Habitat:

Woodland, hedgerows and other dense vegetation
-I saw these voles in Hildesheim(Germany)
