Description:

The Red Shoveler is cinnamon in colour with dark spots, and a green speculum. The head and neck are greyish. They have a large dark spatula shaped bill.

Now that you mention it Dan, it does look like a cheetah with wings! :)
Unique looking duck. I really like the colours. The body looks like a cheetah with wings.
i thought it was a shoveler because of the beak, but not sure.
