Field Notes

Description:

Body length to 8mm. Multicoloured, with iridescent patches on legs, head and spinnerets. Always on the move, searching for food. It made it difficult to photograph it. I tried holding the leaf still and turning it and the jumping spider climbed onto my arm. It was not scared at all.

Forest at Cattana Wetlands QLD
