Description:

Tiny bug that can jump fairly high (hopper?). Dark green body and wings with black tips at the back end of the wings.

Yes, you're right, the pictures don't really show the markings. I do remember what it looked like though, and using these pictures you posted, I think I've come up with a species. Thank you!
To the best that I can see on my screen, looks like a leafhopper and I would guess in the subfamily of Sharpshooters. Maybe even in the Cicadellini tribe, where there are a few species with blackish wing tips. But I can see much detail in the pics.
