Description:

medium-small spider, yellow-brown body about 9mm long held high off the ground by bristly thin legs

Habitat:

hunting along a low wall in a little-used cattle pen.

semi arid, sub tropical bushveld

Notes:

lynx spiders are normally associated with plants but at this time if year the vegetation has dried and shriveled for the most part so these spiders venture further afield
