Field Notes

Description:

These type of trees are usually 80-115 feet tall. It split into multiple branches and has a split in the tree separating the sides of the trees. The bark looks like regular tree bark light brown and the color of the tree is green with simple leaves. The seeds are the color yellow.

Habitat:

The tree happens to be next to anther sugar maple tree in the middle of a field close to a pond by Mentor High School.
