Description:

For my 1,000th spot I wanted to introduce you to a mystery cat I found at the entrance to Beltzville State Park. A larger than usual cat with amazing green eyes and tiger stripes. It might be feral, wild or even domestic stray. It did not have a collar. It was hiding in the woods near the path. If you have any thoughts about this cat, please let me know. Thanks!

Habitat:

Beltzville State Park, Woodland area.

Thanks everyone! I think I have finally "exhausted" my lost photos. Around 62 mostly insects and spiders from last year. And I am exhausted too. The Wood Frogs are out of hibernation since yesterday. I want a good shot! I can't believe I am now at 1, 016.
Congratulations on all your spots and your mystery cat. We are lucky to have you on Board!
Beautiful! Congratulations on 1000 fantastic spottings full of beauty! What an awesome achievement.
cmon my cat is pretty cute too :) http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/9221169 One day I'm gonna be that crazy lady living with 1ooo cats :)
I want to find it and bring it home with me then. HA! The most beautiful cat I have ever seen except for Karen's cats. LOL
Ears are like domestic, but the eyes distance and the nose are a bit unusual for domestic...
Congrats on 1000 great spottings Carol! Lovely cat - I would say definitely domestic.
It really looks a bit like a wild cat...but it doesn't really live there...
