Habitat:

Mississippi River on the lower side of the Hampton Dam.

Notes:

This good little mommy (assuming) was sitting on her nest right by the walking path to the dam. I almost stepped on her she was sitting so quietly. I heard a faint hiss before I looked down in front of me.
