Field Notes

Description:

7 to 10mm I think seven. Dark with complex speckling on the wings which are shorter than the species previously spotted

Habitat:

In bad light over my computer at night

Notes:

Unsure of the identification. Both this and the earlier Cixiid spotting are the only specimens to have been sighted. May be an Achilid http://www.brisbaneinsects.com/brisbane_planthoppers/Achilidae.htm
