Description:

This is a freshwater snail found on the shore of the river Sava, unfortunately couldn't tell which species it belongs to. It's looks closest to the family Thiaridae but that are tropical specimens so this is unlikely although this photo was taken in summer and could potentially show that someone got rid of it from the private aquarium ...but it is unlikely http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freshwater_snail
