Habitat:

Planta com grande amplitude ecológica, ocorre em clareiras de matos psamófilos, pinhais, matos e bosques, em prados nitrificados de baldios urbanos, bermas de caminhos, fissuras de paredes, muros e taludes, em campos agrícolas. Indiferente edáfica, ocorre em solos xistosos, arenosos, ruderalizados e outros.
