Field Notes

Description:

Distinctive centipede. Brown and yellow striped body with very long legs. Adults have up to 15 pair of legs. These critters are aggressive predators and enjoy dining on all varieties of arthropods. I'm guessing this one was hunting some of the insects attracted to my moth sheet.

Habitat:

Suburban yard.
