To me, this looks like female Stonechat (S. rubicola) as above - however, on Greece bird-listing I'm also finding the Asian or Siberian Stonechat (S. maurus). Until recently, the later was IDed as subspecies of S. rubicola; becoming a new species recently... so, you may want to dig further to be sure which of the two species is on your photo.
