Description:

These treehoppers exhibit a wide range of social behaviors, making them
an excellent group for studying patterns of social evolution in insects.<br><br>

Habitat:

These critters are only part of a large group that I found, on the edge of the lake of Palácio Quitandinha, where they live in its host plant, the Monstera deliciosa, which is called in Brazil "costela-de-adão" (rib of Adam).
