I agree bayucca, I would think silvery also, if I had to pick between the two.
I slightly would tend to Chlosyne nycteis due to the white spots, although I only can see one. Nycteis is to my knowledge the only Checkerspot with white spots on the hindwing. What do you think, Livan?
