Description:

considered invasive here this evergreen shrub is about 6 feet tall and 3 feet wide; multiple erect stems grow from the ground; tri-pinnately compound leaves with small glossy leaflets that change from new red to green then back to a purplish red before they fall; these red berries are about 10mm and ripened in the fall and bring welcome color all through the winter

urban yard

Notes:

from Asia; all parts are poisonous; deer don't eat it
