Description:

Very 'moth like' butterfly with pronounced antenna ending in conspicuous white tips (male). Large body and head. Of the Hesperiidae family or 'skippers' identified by antenna that end in long curved or hooked ends and rapid darting flying style.

Habitat:

Coastal bush and forest

Notes:

Only found in west coast of South Africa. Interesting to find individual in the cape. Climate change?
