This is not an Australian bird, so I assume you found it in a zoo.

Hi again Gaynor. One of the main purposes of Project Noah is so everyone can learn from each other. The project is not intended to simply be a photograph storage facility. If you choose not to put any descriptions or other text in your spottings, never respond to other users and insist on leaving incorrect names (Caracara) then your spottings are of little or no use. Please put some descriptions of where you saw it at least. Thanks.
