Field Notes

Description:

Classis narcissus/daffodil appearence, but tiny - no more than four inches high.

Habitat:

Growing in the soil of an old and seldom used track in the mountains. Approx 1500 feet altitude. Colony in abandoned olive groves.

Notes:

Looks like a very small narcissus. I have looked through internet images of wild narcissus in the Spain/Valencia region and cannot find anything like these.
