Field Notes

Description:

A brown Assassin Bug with a bright red head and silver eyes. Its' markings made it look initially like a soldier bug. About 1 cm long. The underside was stripped with red and white. It also had extraordinarily long antennae. Family Reduviidae.

Habitat:

Forest, Chorreadero Park, Chiapa de Corzo, Chiapas, Mexico.
