Field Notes

Description:

Nymphalidae; Satyrinae; Mycalesis perseus caesonia Wallengren, 1860 (wet season form).

Habitat:

Spotted in our backyard, in a crowded corner where the undergrowth has been allowed to grow naturally, without any "gardening".
