Field Notes

Description:

This species was described by David Stephen Fletcher in 1982. It has a distinct streak of black dots in its white wings and red spots.

Habitat:

I spotted this moth inside my home, in a white wall.

Notes:

I don´t think it is commonly found in my region. There are reports of this species being spotted in other parts of Brazil, Colombia, Equador, Guyana and Peru.
