I have now found out that the rounded thing is supposed to mimic berries. If you give a Google search with "berry mimic" as the key word you will find quite a few such caterpillars...only those that I found are all green...wonder if instars differ in colour.
I found this creature amazing, so I have been following the spotting. The information that SukanyaDatta provided it is very good. The only thing that I do not agree with the Link comments is that they think the Moth is not so cute and I think it is beautiful... : )
Thank you Gilma Jeannette Ospino Ferreira-Norman, I was hoping too. I'm new here and glad that I found this site. I'm not an expert and identifying flora and fauna of Palawan is a headache. I'm so happy that I found this site. Works like a dream, just upload the photo and the experts identify it for me, easy. Lols. Amazing site, amazing people!
