Field Notes

Description:

Yesterday while strolling by the Zoete Waters lakes we were gifted with the beautiful sight of a new couple of visitors: male and female mandarin ducks. I will show first a few shots of the male, then the female, then both together.

Habitat:

Zoete Waters, Belgium.
Where they came from, I don´t know. I think these birds are ornamental but that sometimes they scape back into the wild.
