Habitat:
Near a decaying tree which was still standing up. On a small branch growing from the tree similar to the outgrowing of birch roots. Right on the edge of a stream.
I looked in a couple of places earlier but couldn't find anything that looked close. When I saw Aaron had suggested Longhorns I took a quick look there and when I couldn't find anything, I back up to superfamily and took a look at Orsodacnidae.

I know nothing about this family, but the overall shape, the antenna, and tarsal claws appear to be a match. BugGuide would be your best bet for a positive ID.
